Introducing The Bowery Cowl

 

“GG, I need that Cowl pattern!”

“I searched high and low, and I can’t find that pattern”

I wanted, no scratch that, I NEEDED everything in their booth! Man that funky chunky will have you reconsider your whole life! Lol

  
If you follow them or have been to the website, you will know they provide ready made luxury. Don’t want to knit, you can buy it from them but now you can make your own! So imagine my glee when they asked me to test the patterns. If you could only imagine the blank stare on my face. 😳😍😂😋🙌🏾 <— yup I went through all of those emotions at once.

I rushed home and the first pattern I tried was the Bowery Cowl, because that thing is hot! I had to look up the loop stitch and I sat down and cast on. I will say this, not only do I have a beautiful traffic stopping cowl, I have learned some new knitting tricks #bonus

The first attempt I had to frog because my loops were too loopy. Lol

 
I looked at the pattern picture and went at it again, I was up waiting for the blizzard to start, so time was on my side. I looked up it was 4am and that baby was complete!

   
  
Isn’t she lovely? Isn’t she wonderful? Isn’t she…well let me stop singing and get to the rest of the story. There was a blizzard so I had to make a matching hat, didn’t I? So the Kendall (another Third piece stunner) was born and we made the front page 😁
