Did you know Plucky Knitter has an app? I so did not! That’s why I love my fiber friends. The app is available for both #TeamApple and #TeamAndroid so if you don’t already have it, then go download it now and here is why….
One of my fiber friends on my FB page turned me on to it and good grief I am hooked! AND today #woolyhatday they released 2 new free patterns 😋 this app is amazing and a must have for Pluckylovers. Well anyone that loves yarn, because oh the beauty!
The menu is broken into 6 sections; Plucky Pairings, Colors, Ox’s Mystery Match, My Favorites, Patterns and About Us. The menu layout makes it easy to get right to whatever tickles your fancy, or just play around in the them all, like I did. My favorite section is the pairings because well, I can’t ALWAYS use orange, can I? I mean I can, but…LOL The pairings will help you with color combinations. It will help me find new colors to pair with orange! LOL! I can easily get lost in this section for hours. If you are a fan you already know Plucky patterns have the BEST color combinations out there.
I swear this app is a must have for every yarn crafter out there. Some of these colors I would have never ever thought to combine. You guys know Karen at Do Ewe Knit is my color expert. Lol! She always helps me pick my colors out, now I won’t have to bother her EVERY time. I mean I will continue to seek here assistance, but this app will definitely come in handy.
I know you all know I had to click the color menu to see what orange had to offer right? I mean an app that has an orange section is for me! The app is free but I would have absolutely paid for it! It’s user friendly and damn gorgeous!!
Go in the colors section and just look at all those lovely Orange shades 😍😍 I am in love! I want them ALL! If you turn your notifucations on then you won’t ever miss out on anything.
I stopped dead in my tracks to see the new FREE patterns see the pictures below. The pattern section takes you right to Ravelry so you can download the pattern. If you are familiar with Plucky Knitter then you know their pictures are the absolute BEST! So the way the pictures jump off the screen will simply blow your mind. I linked the pictures so go get your free patterns!

I didn’t even get dressed, I just roll over and got my pattern. By the way Plucky is so bad that most knitters know this month as Plucktober. How is that!!
