Embroidery, not a craft I ever imagined enjoying. Insert Becca Smith, owner of Tres Chic Stitchery, and not only do I enjoy working with needle and thread but I now have a collection of kits inspired by me!! Woo Hoo!
I am so very proud that Becca is willing to work with me to get these kits to you all. Just like the original kit you will receive all you need to make your own bag.
If you have been around for awhile you know I have been doing a bit of embroidery and selling kits. I had no idea folks would be interested in stitching my logo. To say I was blown away by the response doesn’t seem to fit. I didn’t realize that needlework was a thing, boy did I learn quickly.
Throw back to last month when I went to Ohio. That was to teach a workshop where I taught folks how to do the GG Curl knot.
The Bag
During my trip to Ohio, I had the pleasure of visiting the Tres Chic headquarters and see all the goodies. I saw the linen bag and asked could I put my logo on that. If you all could have seen Becca’s eyes light up, LOL. She gave me a bag and I got started.
Unlike the rest of the crafting world, I can NOT do multiple projects at the same time. I was otherwise occupied so I just finished. I am so very please with the outcome and even more happy that Becca is now offering the bag option with the kits. Woo Hoo!!!
This kit comes complete with the Stick n Stitch GG The Knitter Pattern, 8″ hoop, the Sajou Tote with false bottom for easy embroidery, embroidery needles and your choice of three Retors du Nord thread combinations. The instructions are included and a video takes you through the process.
