Mega Tilt: a new pattern from Taiga Hilliard

So….about that self talk. What do you tell yourself? I know I am ALWAYS saying what I can’t do..I swear I try not to do that but it’s a habit that is hard to break. Even after I get tons of love on something I made. When I first started knitting I would spend hours looking at photographs and think my stuff could never look like that. HA!  LOOK…..

Yes another pattern from Taiga Hilliard Designs I will test for her any day because she gets the importance of chunky. She gets that it can be jazzy and not plain. She gets that it can be lace or textured, she just gets my chunky loving self. This beauty is another quick satisfying knit photographed by the one and only Patty McGuire. She is my new BFF, she made me and my shawl look fabulous!! and I love her for it! The pattern is called Mega Tilt and can be found here  My yarn of choice was Madelinetosh ASAP again in the color Reindeer. I can’t say enough about this yarn..you need to get some ASAP pun intended 🙂

If you like instant gratification, like I do, you owe it to yourself to check out Taiga, I promise you won’t regret it.

  1. I love the 2nd and 4th photos especially – you’re just glowing with happiness! I thought when you started posting these photos it was a one-shot deal – you modeled a whole catalogue’s worth! You’re going to be our newest superstar knitwear model, lady!
